    • Termination: Any breach of these Terms & Conditions will result in immediate termination of your license, upon which you must immediately stop using and delete all copies of the licensed materials.

    • Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time and without notice. Your continued use of the licensed materials following any amendment signifies your acceptance thereof.

  • NO REFUND POLICY

    No Refund Policy: All sales of licenses for the use of our stock videos, thumbnails, and suggested copy are final. Given the nature of downloadable digital items, we do not generally offer a refund or credit on a purchase unless required under relevant consumer protection laws.
